CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Dennis Richards called the public meeting to order at 8:03 AM and stated this meeting was for the purpose of approving purchase and payment of police vehicle under Costars Contract 4400019926.
Those in attendance were Supervisors, Dennis Gdula, Brian Schrader, Dan Senft, Mark Bucci and Dennis Richards; Secretary Jennifer Zakraysek, Police Chief Kirk Moss, and no visitors.
The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all present.
Mr. Richards asked for a motion to approve purchase and payment of police vehicle under Costars Contract 4400019926 for 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 4WD from Joe Basil Chevrolet which includes delivery. See attached sales quote and letter Short discussion occurred. Chief Moss states the vehicle has 5-year 100,000-mile warranty. Mr. Bucci made the motion, second by Mr. Schrader. With all in favor, motion passed.
ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Gdula made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Richards seconded the motion. With all in favor, meeting adjourned at 8:05 AM.
