Application for Variance Request and Special Exception.
Applicant: Pamela Cornell, 181 Mount Hope Road, South Fork PA 15956 – Owner
Board Members Present: Josh Baker Chairman, Pat Mulcahy Vice Chairman, Holly Bodolosky, Steve Paluch Alternate, Dennis Bailey Alternate.
- Meeting for Pamela Cornell Dimensional Variance and Special Exception Application began at 5:30 PM. Pledge Allegiance to Flag
- Application was read aloud by Chairman Josh Baker and testimony was given by Tim Reighard (Contractor), on behalf of Pamela Cornell. Reighard explained the proposed project to construct a new garage 26’ x 40’ two car garage with an apartment upstairs. The proposed garage will replace an existing garage which will be removed. Ms. Cornell is requesting a 9’ side yard variance to have a 6’ set back instead of the 15’ requirement. A Special Exception is also needed because there will be two residential dwellings on the same parcel.
- Other people who gave testimony were Melissa Stiles from Codes and Pamela Cornell. Cornell stated that her adjacent property owner, Mark Rudnik was in favor of the project.
- Executive Session was called to discuss the application and testimony of attendees at approximately 5:45 P.M.
- Meeting resumed at approximately 5:48 P.M. Pat Mulcahy made the motion to approve the dimensional variance and Special Exception request. Holly Bodolosky seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
- Meeting was adjourned at approximately 5:50 P.M.
