CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Mark Bucci called the special meeting to order at 2:00pm.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all present.
Present: Mr.Gdula,Mr.Senft , Mr. Schrader ,Mr. Bucci, Supervisors; Jennifer Zakraysek, Secretary-Treasurer, and one visitor. Mr.Grieff absent.
The purpose of meeting is to award plow bid that was tabled at June 8,2026 meeting. Had received two bids ,one from Stephenson Equipment and one from Samco,Inc. Stephenson one for hitch and Henderson plow was $26,074.00 plus plow lights option of 1,728.00 which total would be $27,802.00.; one from Samco for hitch and Valk plow along with light kit for $28,500.00. After short discussion, Mr. Bucci asked for a motion to award low bidder Stephenson Equipment for plow and hitch for the amount of $27,802.00 includes plow light option. Mr. Gdula made the motion, second by Mr.Senft. Mr. Bucci then did roll call vote. Mr.Gdula: yes, Mr.Senft : yes ; Mr. Schrader: yes, and Mr.Bucc: yes. With all in favor, motion passed. Mr. Schrader brought up giving them timeline/so many days to have plow done; Mr.Gdula and Mr.Senft both said that wasn’t in bid and can’t change that now.
Mr. Bucci asked for a motion to adjourn. Mr. Senft made the motion to adjourn the special meeting, second by Mr. Schrader . With all in favor, motion passed, and the meeting adjourned at 2:02PM.
