  1. and Mrs. Matt Koposko are purchasing property on Naugle drive. According to their attorney, there is some wording regarding two lots – one of the lots is on the township line of Adams Township and the other is on the township line of Richland Township. The structure shall be constructed in Adams Township. According to Mr. Kaposco, Richland Township requires curbing to be installed. The Planning Commission stated that they believe that wherever the bedrooms of located in the house is the school district for the home  (Adams Township versus Richland Township) Planning Commission advised to use the word “residence” as wording versus “structure”. Planning Commission advised Mr. Koposko to double check the law on the school district information provided. The Planning Commission advised Mr. Koposko to have his attorney contact Randy Cortese to discuss further.
  2. John Woomer would like to sell townhouses separately instead of one building. Woomer brought a copy of the sketch plan for the Planning Commission to review. The Planning Commission advised to check into some things such as the building code and to ensure that the walls of the townhouses have fire protective walls.  Planning Commission needs to discuss further with our solicitor and advised Mr. Woomer to check with local financial institution for lending, the sewer authority and Melissa for some structural information.
