1. Visitors and Public Input

 

1. Percy Helsel would like to get property changed to a building lot. He submitted letters from the water and sewer authority letter and the 911 address.  He is taking one property and dividing into two. He would like to take 10 acres and divide it between he and his son.  Planning Commission asked him to bring it in as a final plan and submit at next meeting.
2. Old Business & New Business

 

1. Old Business – Discussion regarding Mr. Thomas Wilson placing a 40×55 garage along Mount Hope Road. Randy was there on another job today and he noticed the building is right on Mount Hope Road, approximately 5-6 feet off the pavement. The property doesn’t meet the setbacks as set forth in the previously submitted site plan. Melissa is working on it.
