- Visitors and Public Input
- John Woomer, and his brother Martin, 132 Martin Street, Portage Pa here to follow up and find out the next steps regarding the subdivision of Adams Street Apartments in the Beautyline Development. They are here to inquire whether they can move forward with their subdivision to turn their apartments into 7 townhouses and sell them separately on Adams Drive. The Planning Commission advised that the next step is to put lines on the preliminary maps and bring them back to have them approved
- Jesse Horner of 1317, Forest Hills Drive opening an auto repair shop next to his property at 1323/1325 Forest Hills Drive, formerly the Wingard Truck Cap business. A copy of the approval letter forwarded for Jesse Horner to put a auto repair facility at the former Wingard Truck Cap facility on Forest hills Drive.
