1. 1. Meeting to be called to order at 7:30 pm.  The following Planning Commission Board Members are to be determined to attend:

1. Reed Myers and Kristin Fenchak here with updates on their plans. Currently doing site survey and design and will send everything to us when completed.

Motion to amend the agenda made by John Nibert, seconded by Percy Helsel all in favor.

 

1. New Business – RJ presented a site plan on behalf of Exus for their 25x 40 addition to their existing building. The building will utilize existing stormwater ponds. Motion made by Ed Pentrack to approve site plan, seconded John Nibert. All in favor

 

All dates were approved for 2026 with year change to 2026. Motion to approve Percy Helsel; seconded by Ed Pentrack. All in favor

 

 

 

 

1. Zoning Officer Report to be submitted by a representative from the CCBCEA d/b/a Laurel Municipal Inspection Agency, reviewed and voted upon
