II. Previous Meeting Minutes to be reviewed and voted upon : Regular meeting minutes. Correction from last month’s meeting: The new owners of the Pine Ridge Inn would like to install a new sign specifically for the restaurant that is LED.

IV. Visitors and Public Input
a. Tim Reighard, of 181 Mount Hope Road, here to discuss building of two car garage, detached with apartment. The garage will be 26 x 40 two car sitting right on property line. He spoke to neighbors regarding a variance and neighbors agreed that would be okay. The property is zone AR1 Mount Hope area. The Planning Commission advised Mr. Reighard to attend the Zoning Board hearing to be sure. The Planning Commission advised Mr. Reighard to come to the office to get an application for Zoning Hearing Board from Jennifer and reference Section 604.5.
