CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Dennis Gdula called the special meeting to order at 11:30 A.M.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all present.
Present: Mr.Gdula,Mr.Senft Mr. Richards, Mr. Schrader ,Mr. Bucci, Supervisors; Jennifer Zakraysek, Secretary-Treasurer, and no visitors.
The purpose of meeting is to discuss personnel matters and potentially hire police officers and any other matters that come before the board. The Board has received another resume for the open full-time positions from Mr. Kosmac who was interviewed last week.
Mr. Gdula asked for a motion to hire Officer Jeremy Kosmac as full-time police officer for Adams Township Police Department provided he accepts offer of employment. Mr. Richards made the motion, second by Mr. Bucci .With all in favor, motion passed.
Mr. Gdula asked for a motion to approve road bond for Kobuck Logging on Krayn Road. Mr. Richards made the motion, second by Mr.Senft. With all in favor, motion passed.
Mr. Gdula asked for a motion to adjourn. Mr. Senft made the motion to adjourn the special meeting, second by Mr. Bucci . With all in favor, motion passed, and the meeting adjourned at 11:32 AM.
